Are You Saved?

Are you saved? In other words . . . are you delivered from the bondage of sin? Have you repented from wrongdoing and are your sins forgiven? Do you believe Jesus Christ was raised from the dead and that his shed blood has cleansed you of your sins?

Did you ask God to forgive you? Did you declare that Jesus Christ is your Lord? Do you have the righteousness of God? Do you have the Holy Spirit?

Do you know that you can be good and righteous but not have the righteousness of God?

What Is The Righteousness Of God?
The righteousness of God is not you doing good works, and it is not you being a good person. It is the righteousness which is of God that you possess by faith in Christ. ~ Phil. 3:9.

You cannot of your own self do anything good [Ref: Isa. 64:6/ Rom. 7:18]; and after salvation, all your good deeds are of Christ – who lives in you ~ Gal. 2:20.

Are you saved or “born again” into God’s family? Are you a child of God the Father through faith in his son – Jesus Christ? Are you at peace with God and have fellowship with him?

Are you converted? Changed? Do you have a desire to please God and to stop doing wrong? Are you sorry that you displease God when you sin?

Salvation is not turning over a new leaf, but receiving a new life.

Do you want to share the good news of salvation with other persons? Are you praying that others will experience the joy and freedom in Christ like what you have?

Do you have an appetite for God’s word? Are you seeking after God? Do you want to be more like Jesus? Are you saved?
